Sending out a mailing

Hello,

I tried sending out a bulk-mail to our customers with images in it via the Word sending-email-list.
It will arrive on the PC version fine with the images we used to setup the e-mail. But is there a way to let it automatically adjust to phone e-mail?
Because of the phone, all the images scattered and weren't in the right order anymore.
Or is that simply not possible?
