Good day.

I am using a Windows 10 computer which prompted to change password then this happened. I couldn't log in / re-log in to OneDrive.

How do I fix this? I also tried the renaming a folder method but it does not allow me.

    Hi @Jury A. Cariaga

Could you please show us the error message when you sign into OneDrive?

Please check whether you can sign into **OneDrive Online **successfully.

If this action with no problem, please reset OneDrive.

Then go to Control Panel > User Accounts > Credential Manager > Windows Credential, remove the credential related to OneDrive to check this issue.
