When I check the Outlook calendar on client side, I discover the status on his Outlook calendar is in share folders, just to select the primary calendar first before creating the meeting then the message gone. I don't know why the calendar was changed to share calendar after upgrade O365 to ver. 2002.
I'm also check the Outlook account settings, only one email account ( Microsoft Exchange ) and set as default already.

This meeting isn't on your primary calendar. Attendee responses won't be displayed in the meeting. but you can still receive responses in email. Do you want to send anyway?
