I want to change the sub site URL to other name ex: /sitecollection/subsite1 to /sitecollection/subsite2 Apart from using SharePoint Designer , can we change the subsite URL any way? If yes how? and also sub site title how we can change? if I change sub site title does it effect on Sub site URL? It is SharePoint 2016

In case others see this, you cannot use the special character '/' in your renaming of the URL. I was attempting to use these steps for the sake of adding /sites/ between my root site and my subsite and the special character rule denied this change.

I wanted to change the URL to better align with pnponline commands. I had to use SharePoint Designer 2013 to change the URL that way.
