I use remote desktop client on an android tablet to connect on my remote server.
When i click on the checkbox before connecting, I cannot connect on the remote server anymore (but no problem if i add another server, of if i leave the checkbox unchecked).
do you know if the checkbox changes a register key on the remote server ?

Is this still an ongoing issue? I have an Android Phone with the same issue. Only difference is whether or not, if I check the box, it fails to connect a second time. Even deleting the PC from RD Client from the phone doesn't fix it. I have to delete the cache and data from the phone for RD Client and setup the PC again. Then it works, just once and I have do the process again. This issue doesn't happen on my iPad RD Client or my MacBook Pro Microsoft Remote Desktop.app application. Its just a OnePlus 8 5G running OxygenOS 13.1 (Android 13 Tiramisu)

now the MS android RDP app will connect every time instead of only the first time. This was also test over an OpenVPN connection.

The check box is a local setting to ignore certificates mismatch. It doesn't change anything on the remote server.
Is there some other error if you check the box and connect?

No error, if i check the box and then connect on the server, I can connect once. but then, when i try to log on the server later, nothing happens.
the issue does not occurs when i leave this checkbox unchecked.

I just tried on a brand new server right now :
i was thinking that this checkbox could change a registrey key or something on the remote server that is blocking next connexions attempts (in french, the first screenshot says "don't ask me to connect to this pc again" , so basically, the checkbox do its job, but idk how to get back).
