word says file not found but opens it anyways

I'm running word 2016 on my mac (which I just transferred to) and every time I open a word document it comes up with the following error but then it opens the document anyways. How can I get rid of this error once and for all? It's getting pretty annoying. 30771-screen-shot-2020-10-07-at-112939-am.png

    Please refer to John Korchok's link to remove "linkCreation.dotm", which is located at ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/User Content.localized/Startup.localized/Word
