For your issue, before going on, I would like to confirm something:
- Was the WiFi profile deployed via Intune? or we connect manually when we enroll the device?
- For the device enrolled method, was it Corporate-owned dedicated device with Azure AD shared mode?
- I notice you disable the setting in the environment. Could you get a screen shot let us know how we disable it?
