Issue in Sample Labeling Tool

I have completed all the steps in the doucment https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/form-recognizer/quickstarts/label-tool?WT.mc_id=Portal-Microsoft_Azure_ProjectOxford&tabs=v2-0. But the sample PDF are not showing in the Sample Labeling Tool Editor. No errors are showing, I am getting the blank screen. Already shared the screenshots to Azfretrl@microsoft.com

I have installed the sampling labeling tool in Azure VM. Placed 5 invoices (pdf) in a folder in the VM. But it is not showing the same in the tool. I think the its a docker related folder issue, may be the share path is not recognized.

Thanks for reaching out. Have you tried to create and specify the shared access signature (SAS) URL for your Azure Blob Storage container? Also, ensure that your documents are of the same format. If you have forms in multiple formats, organize them into subfolders based on common format. When you train, you'll need to direct the API to a subfolder.

Thanks for the response. SAS is created and specified in the Labeling tool. All the PDF documents are with same format.

Hmm, I'm not able to reproduce this issue. Can you please share screenshots here? Also, in your original post, you stated that your files were uploaded in the VM, can you please confirm that you uploaded the files to your blob container and that you enabled CORS?

I have the same situation except my files are in a blob so in the project definition for the labeling tool the file location is the path of the blob. The SAS URL has been verified, the form recognizer end point and key have bee verified, the Docker Desktop is running, and CORS is configured. The connection and the project have been saved. My screenshot looks like the one posted by Rajan-0893. Is there a solution?

Okay. I would explain you all the steps that I did.

I have followed all the steps mentioned in your doc

The docker is installed in the local machine (again its a vm created in azure under my account)

The required credentials are initialized in the sample labeling tool

The sample pdf file (for training) is placed in the C: drive folder in the VM (not in the Azure blob)

The issue is the sample labeling tool is not showing the pdf for labeling

I have found that the files appear in the layout analyzer and the prebuilt analyzer individually but not the tags editor. The files I am using are the Contoso invoices provided by Quick Start so I am confident the format is uniform.
