Can Android devices access and track their own location inside a point cloud created by a HoloLens device?

Question

So I have a HoloLens 2 application which creates spatial anchors in an indoor area, and then uses that for indoor navigation. For anchor authoring, we use the HoloLens. But I was thinking if it would be possible for an Android device to be able to access the point cloud created by the HoloLens and then use the Android device for anchor authoring, and use the HoloLens only for navigation purposes. The spatial anchors and their connections (edges in a graph) are saved on Azure Table Storage.

Is it possible for the HoloLens to save the point cloud on Azure along with the spatial anchors, and then for the android device to be able to access the point cloud and spatial anchors?

If I understand correctly, what you want is to share the anchor between the Android device and the HoloLens device. This is supported.
