No Project Name for Export Settings in Vott when trying to export to Azure Custom Vision Service

Attempting to export completed Vott data to Azure Custom Vision. When I edit export data, I fill in provider with "Azure Custom Vision Service", I fill in region with the same region as my custom vision project, I place the API key from my custom vision project in, I choose existing project. But when I go to choose project name, it cannot find my Azure Custom Vision project. I saw someone on github had the same issue in 2020 and no one gave an answer. Does anyone know how to fix it, so I can place in Project Name and export my data to Custom Vision so I do not have to tag all 8800 images again. Cheers
