How recreate deleted note pad library in OneNote?

I accidentally created two OneNote pad libraries and wanted to delete one but I chose wrongly and deleted my main library which I use with my students. Is it possible to recreate what is lost?

Is 'note pad library' content library belongs to Class Notebooks?
