I can't create a new task in speech studio

When I use text to speech, here comes this info "为资源 zyy1 分配的角色尚未生效。 请让资源管理员配置自定义子域并启用 VNet 以使你的角色正常工作。", I did find the way to config it and I can not create a new task in speech studio. User's image

    Based on an old thread : Since you didn't mention your authentication method, I assume you are using Azure AD authentication with Speech resources, soin this case you need to assign either the Cognitive Services Speech Contributor or Cognitive Services Speech User role too. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/speech-service/how-to-configure-azure-ad-auth?tabs=portal&pivots=programming-language-java#assign-roles
