Unable to access Sandbox has it says i do not have permission. I have an Azure training account not sure who to contact to resolve the issue

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Q&A forum. Based on our understanding of the issue, you’re practicing the following Learn Path Exercise:

Unit: 4 of 9 Exercise:** Explore the Learn sandbox

Please follow the below mentioned steps to pass the commands that are prompt to run.

1.Signout from all the tabs in the browser and clear the cache files and try login again.

2.Try to login from an incognito window.

If you still encounter problems while utilizing the sandbox during your learning journey on Microsoft Learn, you have the option to report any sandbox-related issues in the following manner: Navigate to Report Feedback > Product or Functionality > Sandbox Issues.  You can try changing your directory by clicking on your profile and then change the directory and select Microsoft Learn Sandbox.  

Make sure you use your personal account to activate the sandbox. Your work account won't let you create paid resources or free sandboxes unless approved by your IT admin. If you don't have one, create a new free Microsoft account.
