Merci beaucoup

Hello, Once problem happens, try to use the system built-in Network troubleshooter, and see if that fixes the problem. Besides, open command prompt, type ipconfig and end with Enter. Look for the Default gateway for your network. At the prompt, type ping <Default Gateway> and end with Enter. If you can successfully ping the default gateway, contact your ISP or check online on another device (if you can) to see if there's a service outage. If you cannot ping the default gateway, make sure you've installed the latest firmware and see the documentation for your router. Besides, on your client, you may try to release and renew IP address manually, or update the network adapter driver.
