How to use the IF function with a table containing autotext

Hello,

I want to create a simple filabel form in Word. I use a form drop box where one can select the number of tables '0,1,2,...). For example, when you select: 1, I want 1 table to appear with formtext. I am using an IF function here.

 

However, when I set the document with editing restriction 'fill in form', the form text cannot be filled in from the table that does appear with the IF application

 

Simply put, I do the following IF application:

 

(IF (REF test )="1" "(formtext)")

 ore

(IF (REF test )="1" "

Header 1 Header 2
(formtext) (formtext)
(formtext) (formtext)

")

I try to avoid VBA. If this is necessary, can someone give me the code for VBA?
