Hi Team,
we are trying to use service backup and restore in Azure API Management using PowerShell, just following doc gives error: Backup-AzApiManagement : Operation returned an invalid status code 'Forbidden'.
I tried to use storage key based and user assigned identity based backing up but there seems to be no difference in the error.
kindly check and confirm what could be the issue.

The error message "Operation returned an invalid status code 'Forbidden'" indicates that the user or identity used to perform the backup operation does not have sufficient permissions.
Please verify the permissions and let me know if it helps.
