how to get a copy of the BAA

I am trying to find and download a copy of Microsoft's BAA. The only copy I can find is via Microsoft Build, but it won't let me sign in to access it.

You can try these steps:

1. Login to your Office 365 admin center.
2. Navigate to Billing > Subscriptions.
3. Look for the section titled “Optional Privacy and Security Contractual Supplements.”
4. Within that section, you should find the “Office 365 and CRM Online HIPAA/HITECH Business Associate Agreement.”
5. Check off the box for that agreement, provide your electronic signature, and click “Accept.”
6. After accepting, make sure to print out or save a copy of the agreement.
