Trying to add SendGrid subscription in my Azure account, can add successfully from portal.azure.com but when I go to sendgrid site to complete signup process, it gives an error and then sends a mail to me saying "we are unable to proceed with activating your account at this time"

What am i missing?

Hi @BizDew, and thank you for taking the time to post your question on Microsoft Q&A.

If the resource was created successfully within Azure, but you can't access that linked resource on SendGrid, then you will need to reach out to their support. If, however, you see an any error messages on your created SaaS resource, please do share them in a comment down below.
