Loop Duplication over every page

Question

I have loop workspace that utilizes multiple pages. I did what I normally do and duplicated the last page and updated it accordingly to remove all notes. EVERY page has now been replicated and overwritten to be identical to that same page. I tried to go back to version history and restore it, but no versions past 10:00 this morning are available. Which is weird because I was working in it from 9-10.

I opened a different workspace and duplicated a page there, made changes and the other pages did not automatically duplicate so I'm not sure what's going on.
