Tried to enable "Users" add-in, but as soon as apply, the dashboard closed itself. Reopened dashboard, the Users add-in was still disabled.

Can someone help?

Thanks!

    Hi Jack,

Thanks for your post. Please narrow down this issue by following methods:

    1. Check the Dashboard.log file (%ProgramData%\microsoft\windows server\logs). Besides, please check Event Viewer and confirm that if there is any relate event has been logged.
    2. If possible, please disable 3rd party process temporarily, re-start system in Clean Boot and confirm that if tab will crash again.
    3. Besides, please try to verify the installation state of .Net Framework – tool and step mentioned in blog “.NET Framework Setup Verification Tool User’s Guide”: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/astebner/2008/10/13/net-framework-setup-verification-tool-users-guide/
    4. Open Dashboard – Settings – Safe Mode, disable Users tab, close and re-open Dashboard, re-enable Users tab, close and re-open Dashboard to check the result.

    Best Regards,

    Ian Xue
