Howdy!
I have a great idea for a feature in Office (likely AI/ML-driven) that could make my life much easier in this four-day training course I am in. I find myself taking screenshots of the slides presented via Zoom via PrtSc (because it's faster and I'm not allowed to have Greenshot on my work PC) and I paste them into OneNote so I can go back and review for the exam. I now have a lengthy OneNote page with not only the slides and the notes for each underneath, but also the Zoom video participants picking their noses on the right hand side of each screenshot.
The idea is that I could tell OneNote to create a .PPT based on the slides, where the images are automatically cropped to only include the slide, and any text that I put below each image in the OneNote (which are my notes for the class) gets automatically inserted into the Notes section of the presentation on the respective slide. That would be so much easier to flip through than scrolling through a OneNote page that's a mile long.
At the very least, the option to just tell OneNote "Resize all of the images on this page to 4x6"" would be nice.
PS - if anyone has another solution for me that would work better than my current method, I am all ears!
Thanks!
