There are approx 1800 resources in a subscription, of which 564 Virtual Machines with a single Virtual Network attached. How can i move more than 800 resources at once, either directly or indirectly. I plan to do this move from a Pay as you Go Subscription to a CSP Subscription, so i can create a support request at the time of migration if it can help
Any suggestions, methods, or workarounds ?

I'd suggest breaking it down into smaller batches. The operation might time out even if you are below the 800 limit

I tried to run a powershell script to break it down in batches and then send but the problem persists, because the batch resources are also Virtual Machine with the same VNet
554 VMs with a single VNet
That's the issue
You can try https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/azure-cli-change-subscription-marketplace. This obviously is far from ideal, but should address the limitations you're currently facing
