cannot open SSISDeploymentManifest file

hi

I have got my SSISDeploymentManifest file, i saw in some notes from website, just click it so there is a wizard, but when i click the SSISDeploymentManifest file, the system said it cannot open such kind of file

what should i do ? thank you

    i know now, using DTSinstall.exe in folder of sql server
