Where to set the sharepoint email content style beautification template.

Hello:

If you want to create a business email such as EDM in "Define Email Message",

As shown in the picture below, after the administrator sets the basic HTML template, the text entered by the user is automatically displayed in the middle dotted area after being sent.

You cannot ask the sender to write html by himself, as shown below. In the current basic settings, I don’t know how to set the base template.

So, where can I set the template to beautify the style after sending it?

You want to create a workflow through SharePoint Designer to automatically create email templates. Then you want to insert the html template into the email body, but I don't know how to do it, right?

If my understanding is correct, I have some details to confirm with you:

1. Are you using SharePoint server or SharePoint online?
2. Please provide more information about the html template you are using.
