For SQL Server 2008 R2 and previous the tool to use is BIDS = "Business Intelligence Developer Studio" was used, you find the installer for the tool on SQL Server 2008 R2 installation media (DVD).

    Hi @Karthikeyan Chinnusamy

You may need to use older Visual Studio to open the old package.

If you use the newest VS tool, it will upgrade the package to the newest version, so you'd better keep the copies of the old ones.
