I keep getting those errors in my browser when creating a VM (or any other resource). I tried Firefox and Chrome. This is really frustrating!

    Hello @M. Baddar,

welcome to this moderated Azure community forum.

It seems the Azure Portal has a glitch. This is very inconvenient and those are normally solved in hours.

Can you confirm you can create a VM using one of the other ways like using the Azure CLI or Powershell?

See also the examples which open the Azure CLI in a Cloud shell.

I also recommend sending feedback within the portal.
