Alternative to Attunity CDC

Looking at blog SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) Change Data Capture Attunity feature deprecations I am getting confused what to do with all packages using CDC components. Also, question is what to do with new development of incremental update where both source and destination are on-prem?
