    Yes, Azure Maps routing service supports truck based routing: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/maps/route/get-route-directions?view=rest-maps-2023-06-01&tabs=HTTP Simply set the &travelMode=truck parameter. There are lot of vehicle options you can set in the request, such as dimensions and weight.
