Could you please let us know which OS you are using and where you are installing.
A corrupted .NET Framework can cause installation and update errors. ensure the latest .NET Framework update from Microsoft is installed on the computer.
If you have the latest .NET Framework update and you still get the 0x80070643 error, please try to repair the .NET Framework or try to reinstall it.
If the Antivirus/Firewall software installed, try to disable it temporarily.
Using Windows Troubleshooter can help to address error code 0x80070643. It automatically scans your system and executes necessary repairs. Follow these steps:
- Return to your settings and access “Update & Security.”
Select “Troubleshooting” on the left, then choose “Additional troubleshooting.”
Scroll down and locate “Windows Update.” Click on it. The system will initiate an automated scan. If it identifies a problem like 0x80070643, it will independently rectify the affected files.
After completion, please restart your server.
