Microsoft Authenticator Bypass

Hi all,

My phone broke that I used for my Microsoft Authenticator, and now I can't log in to my work admin account and I'm the only admin. Is there a way to bypass the authenticator? I'm open to any ideas on what to do.

    I assume you've tried the password recovery site?

    https://account.live.com/password/reset

    The hindsight answer is to always have a 'break-glass' account for such issues.

    Then you can login to the admin center and fix it there.

    Which brings us to the most likely answer: contact Microsoft support.
