    Hi @Ashok Dubey,

    The max rows for current Excel is 1048576 which should meet your requirement.

    In order to get around the 65536 row issue, you need to pass "EXCELOPENXML" instead of "EXCEL".

    You may follow this blog to set the report export to EXCELOPENXML.

    Remember to back up the rsreportserver.config file before you edit it.
