We are planning to upgrade a paid subscription frm Free subscription for our Doc Intelligence resource that we are using. We are using General Document pre-built model and we are seeing two different price estimates.

As stated in the above link, it shows that it would cost around 10$ for 1000pages when we use this model.

When we tried updating the resource, we are seeing under Pricing tier estimated around $38. Hence, wanted to understand why is the difference and how to better understand how much it would cost.User's image

Hello @Karri, Keerthi , Thanks for using Microsoft Q&A Platform.

The pricing for Azure Document Intelligence is based on the number of pages analyzed by the service. The pricing page shows the right pricing for the DI models.

The pricing on the Azure portal page is an estimate, assuming the processing of approximately 1000 pages per month. However, the actual cost may differ based on the actual number of pages processed.

To get a better understanding of how much it would cost, you can use the Azure pricing calculator. The pricing calculator allows you to estimate the cost of using Azure services based on your specific usage.

You can also monitor your usage and cost in the Azure portal.

    I hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Vasavi
