    Hi @Prajkta Patil ,

According to SharePoint 2013 workflow retirement:

SharePoint 2013 workflow will be turned off for new tenants as of April 2, 2024. It will be removed from existing tenants and will be fully retired as of April 2, 2026.

If your tenant is newly created after April 2, 2024, then Workflow cannot be created.

If it's not a new tenant, then let's do some troubleshooting:

    1, Enable SharePoint Workflow Templates.

    2, Clear SharePoint Designer cache:

    • Close SharePoint Designer.
    • Open File Explorer (press Win + E) and delete the following folder:

    %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\WebsiteCache

    %APPDATA%\Microsoft\Web Server Extensions\Cache3.

Finally, whether the problem is resolved or not, Microsoft recommends that you migrate flow to Power Automate or other supported workflow orchestration solutions.

    Have a nice day! :-)

Retired by 2026 means all existing workflows will stop working ?
