How to upgrade an eval installation of SSRS to full
I have an installation of SQL 2019 and SSRS 2019. The SSRS is an eval installation and has expired. I have the ssrs key from the installation of SQL. I have tried the modify option in Apps And Features but it is greyed out. I used the sql installation wizard and ran the maintenance Edition Upgrade but there is no mention of SSRS in there and when it completed I have the same issue HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable. and the SSRS console shows SQL Server Evaluation. I have checked the SQL at it is 15.0.2000.5 RTM Standard Edition (64bit). So I do not think the SQL server is an eval. Pulling my hair out on this!
Surely it is not a case of uninstalling SSRS and reinstalling to make this change. Can anyone tell me how to perform this?

To upgrade an existing instance of SQL Server to a different edition, from the SQL Server Installation Center select Maintenance, and then select Edition Upgrade.
