How to remove blue circle form around curser when mouse is moved too fast

This blue circle appears around my curser and has been ever since I bought my Asus Zephyrus duo 16. I cant seem to get rid of it and it is very annoying appearing when playing games making me not able to use my mouse while the circle is active. Does anyone know how to remove it?

    1. Asus products in Asus Butler, activate Asus Screen Butler
