Sometimes clearing the Teams cache can resolve issues related to file access and permissions. Assuming you are on a Windows OS:
- Close Microsoft Teams.
- Clear Cache:
- On Windows:
- Navigate to
C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams
. - Delete the contents of the following folders:

%AppData%\Microsoft\Teams\blob_storage

%AppData%\Microsoft\Teams\Cache
