How many Schedule job can create an single automation account? Any limit is available?

We need to create 50000 schedule with azure automation is it possible or not.

There is no defined limit on the number of allowed schedules in automation service limits. See:

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/azure-resource-manager/management/azure-subscription-service-limits#automation-limits

If you do need a limit increase on any service, however you can create a Azure Support request
