If you cannot access the shared folder and a network error occurs, you can refer to the following steps to troubleshoot:
- First check whether the shared dependency service is started. Use the shortcut keys win+R to open the Run bar and enter "services.msc" to enter the service management interface, and check whether the Workstation and Server services are started. If not, set them to start automatically.
- Use the shortcut keys win+R to open the Run bar and enter "gpedit.msc" to enter the Group Policy interface, then find the Sharing and Security Mode of the local account on the right side of Windows Settings -> Security Settings -> Local Policies -> Security Options, and change it to Classic Mode. Then restart the computer to see if you can access the shared folder.
