    Suggestions:

Restart your PC and boot into Safe Mode. This can help you troubleshoot and determine if the issue is caused by software or drivers.

Try performing a system restore to revert your system to a previous state when it was functioning correctly.

Perform a Clean Boot. A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install or update a program.

Open Command Prompt as an administrator and run the following commands:

    sfc /scannow
    dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    Hello,

Try entering safe mode. Safe mode loads minimal drivers and services to help diagnose problems.

Can you get into the Event Viewer? Check if there are any error messages.

If that still doesn't work, you may need to reinstall the system.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian

Restart in Safe Mode, Check Startup Apps, Run Windows Troubleshooter, Update Graphics Drivers, Check for Windows Updates, Run System File Checker, Reset Microsoft Store Cache, Check for Malware

You may need one action or multiple.
