I understand that you are trying to raise a support ticket via azure 'Support + troubleshooting' section and you got Error AADSTS50020.The error AADSTS50020 states the user account you are sign in it does not exist in tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Microsoft Entra user account.
