How to run Visual Studio 2017 without admin privileges ?

Hello,
The IT just remove the admin rights for our personnal LDAP accounts. Now, when I run Visual Studio 2017, is asks me to use an account with local admin privileges. I do have one, but then, I have problems to use Git inside VS, because the repositories have been cloned with the LDAP accounts.
Why does CS needs admmin privileges ? Is it possible th change that ?

Here(User permissions and Visual Studio) lists the tasks that you need administrator permissions(Visual Studio) to complete.
Can you confirm that your situation is mentioned in these tasks?
But, normally, you cannot continue without giving corresponding admin privilege, if VS requires admin privileges.

Anyway, the admin L/P is asked I soon as I run VS, without opening any project/solution.

As a sanity check open a command prompt as a standard user. Navigate to the folder containing the VS2017 IDE application (devenv.exe). For example, "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Community\Common7\IDE" and run devenv.exe from the command line.
If you try the above test what happens?

2024-07-17T14:51:42.8266667+00:00 @RobertHue-6055, My copy of VS2017 is manifested to run AsInvoker. Sounds to me like something in your environment is triggering the prompt.
