    Hello @Nguyen Khanh Linh ,

welcome to this moderated Azure community forum.

It feels like this in a browser error.

Can you try to login in an incognito / Inprivate browser tab to test the login flow.

If this works, probably your browser cache needs to be updated.

Pleas clear your browser cache in Chrome or Edge.

You can also clear the cookie related to your office 365 website.

    Hi @Nguyen Khanh Linh

Firstly, I suggest you go to Windows settings > Accounts > Access work or school > Remove your school account.

Besides, please refer to following steps:

    1. Close all Microsoft applications, office, teams etc.
    2. Search %AppData%, (C:\Users\user account\AppData\Local\Microsoft)
    3. Cut/paste the OneAuth and IdentityCache folders out of the Microsoft folder and paste it onto your desktop.
    4. Relaunch Office desktop apps and sign in. If this issue still persists, close Office apps, copy the OneAuth and IdentityCache folders back into the Microsoft AppData folder, when it asks if you want to overwrite, say NO
    5. Then reopen Office apps to have a check.
