Unable to access network share drive via IP address but hostname is working

Dear Support,

Currently i facing problem on windows Server 2019 standard that client access network share drive via IP address is not working it's show it's not accessible. might don't have permission and The Trust Relationship between workstation and Primary domain failed but access via FQDN is working.

    This problem just happen 3 days ago and what's i expected is from GPO or configuration missing because ADDC 1 and 2 is working properly for This File Server also can login to AD normally. thanks
