Disable MS Word 2013 Screen Clipping Feature

How do I disable screen clipping feature on 2013 word, powerpoint, outlook?

Maybe it is possible to remove the Illustrations group from the Insert tab, and to make a custom group with the same commands, excluding Screenshot (using File, Options, Customize Ribbon).

However there are alternative ways to take and clip the screenshots.

It is not clear why this feature should be disabled.
