Azure VDI VM no longer reachable

Question

One of our Azure VDI VM's is no longer available using Remote Desktop or the Remote Desktop Web Client. Sometimes it gives error you're no longer allowed access to Azure Remote App, other times it gives insufficient resources available. However, there is plenty of resources available, we only use 1-2 VM's/session hosts from a pool/application group at a time.
