how to ping the server and open ports to connect sql ?

actually i have opened icmp ports, tcp ports and udp ports from website also and from pc also and also turn off the firewall but i cant connect sql from outside of the vps how to fix it

    but i cant connect sql from outside of the vps how to fix it

    Normally SQL Server have 1433 for default, please check if any error message indicates this.

    Regarding this connect issue, it is suggested to troubleshoot follow by this doc.
