Sharing custom extraction model projects

I have created multiple projects in the Custom Extraction Model. I want several colleagues to be able to log in and add documents and label the documents for each project.

Currently when they log in they cannot see any of the projects that I have created, and I cannot see any projects that they have created. I have checked permissions and they have the same contributor and owner permissions as I do - both for the resource and the storage account.

When I try to share the project I get the error: 'Cannot share project. Please make sure you have the permission to access Storage Account.' This is even though I am an owner of the storage account. There are firewall constraints set up on the storage account so maybe this is an issue?

Is there any easy way for us to be able to see and contribute to each other's projects?

Currently the only work around is that everyone create their own project with the same resource and connect to the same storage account, and they can then see all the labelled documents. This isn't very practical as I will have 25+ projects and want 6+ people to be able to help label and train models.
