Connecting vm to mobile

What is the OS of your VM and what method are you using to connect from your phone? Is this using the RDP client for Android?

The os is premium SSD, yes it's, i also tried anydisk

Sorry I meant what is the operating system, Windows 10/11? You are connecting with an android phone using the app I linked?

@Muhammad Abdullah I simply downloaded the app and connected using the user name and password on a fresh windows 11 VM. So it appears the issue is related to configuration either of the VM or on the Android Client. Are you using the default settings in Android and getting prompted for a login or is it directly going to this error you shared?
