When I first created the azure account, I selected the free 30 day option. But I could not enable some options in that plan, so I tried to switch to the option called pay-as-go. But I am not allowed to switch to it. Please help me to solve it.

    Hi @lakshan dealwis,

In addition to @Marcin Policht, if you're trying to upgrade your Azure Free account to a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) subscription, here are a few steps you can take to resolve this:

    • Azure Free accounts have certain limitations, such as a limited number of resources, services, and features. If you've reached these limits, you might not be eligible to upgrade to a PAYG subscription.
    • To upgrade to a PAYG subscription, you need to provide a valid credit or debit card. If you don't have a valid payment method or if your card is declined, you won't be able to upgrade.
    • Ensure there are no pending payments or billing issues.

If the issue persists, contacting Azure support directly can help. They can provide specific details about why your account isn’t eligible and guide you through the process.
