Voyages in D365

Question

We are working on an installation of D365 and I am not sure how exactly landed cost and voyages is going to work or if we need it at all. We use standard costing and current receive al lour product into a site 2 warehouse which is our location in China we then do a custom IT (in transit) to move it from China to the US. When it gets received in the US we add value to inventory for Freight and Duty which is attached to each item. These items are included in our item details as item type "service" and item group "card", "freight". When the items move form site 2 to site 1 accruals are set up for the item groups "freight" "duty" etc.
